Ericsson enjoyed a 3 day workshop retreat focusing on building trust within the team. We created an activive learning experience with activities like ‘Khao Yai National Park Treasure Hunt’, ‘Bridge Building’, ‘Team outdoor cooking’ and ‘engaging Team Tasks with debriefs throughout the event. The debriefs focused on Trust as the foundation of effective teams. By sharing strength and weaknesses, needing support and personal vulnerability the team was left with a foundation to build and commit on.
